Carpool Karaoke episode with Linkin Park may not air

A few weeks ago the Linkin Park singer, Chester Bennington, was found dead and everything indicates that it was a suicide. From Soy de Mac we inform you that this group had recorded an episode for the new Apple TV show Carpool Karaoke, a program of which Apple has already posted the first episode as we informed you yesterday.

This new program has not been received with good reviews by the public, I personally have not had time to see it yet, but it seems that the guys from Cupertino have not quite found the key that allows them to create original content that is successful with both the press and the public, which results in a greater number of subscribers.

According to one of the producers of Carpool Karaoke, the episode where Linkin Park appears that was recorded six days before his death may not air. The producer has had the consideration of leaving this decision in the hands of the singer's family and friends.

This episode that was scheduled to air in October, showed us the band singing their biggest hits along with actor Ken Jeong (known from the Community series). Like some of our readers, like Raúl, many of us are followers of this group and we would like to enjoy this latest interview / program in which the sadly deceased singer appears. But I think his death is still very recent for Apple to want to take advantage of the possible pull that this episode could have.

Linkin Park was formed in 1996, it is likely that many of you know the name of this band because was part of the soundtrack of the film Transformer: Revenge of the Fallen, showing its more commercial side compared to their previous works, and Linkin Park has always been considered an alternative rock band.
