While we all have our attention on the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus which, supposedly, will present Apple In just over 48 hours, Mr. Ming-Chi Kuo assures that the company is already working on the 2016 iPhone renewal, the alleged iPhone 7, the main objective being that it does not have a thickness greater than 6 millimeters, which would make it even thinner than the last generation of the iPod touch or the current iPad Air 2.
Details about the assumption iPhone 7 next year's were shared by KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo in a note to investors on Sunday. AppleInsider had access to a copy of it in which his sources indicated that Apple is planning to make a new iPhone whose thickness would be between 6,0 and 6,5 millimeters.
If this hypothesis is confirmed, the iPhone 7 it would be in line with the current generations of the iPod touch and the iPad Air 2, both with only 6,1 millimeters thick. On the other hand, the iPhone 6S that we will foreseeably see on Wednesday, due to the use of the more resistant 7000 series aluminum, and the introduction of the Force Touch, would go from the current 6,9 millimeters thick to just over 7 millimeters thick , thus reaching the iPhone 6S Plus, which would not be affected, always supposedly.
