Last week we informed you of the plans of the developer Feral Interactive Ltd to launch the F1 2016 game on the Mac App Store, one of the games that many users have been waiting for since 2013, the last edition of the official Formula 1 game that arrived to the Mac App Store. According to the developer, the performance problems offered by most Apple devices was the main impediment to launching a version of this game for the Apple platform. F1 2016 is now available on the Mac App Store for 49,99 euros, a game that requires almost 35 GB of space on our hard drive.
Obviously if a game occupies almost 35 GB Space requirements will not be the only thing that can become an impediment for Formula 1 lovers. The minimum requirements to be able to enjoy this game fairly well are a 2,0 GHz processor, 8 GB of RAM, a 2 GB graphic and 35 Gb of space, space necessary to install the game, although its download only occupies 27 GB.
The version of macOS necessary to be able to enjoy the game is the last one released by Apple a little over a week ago, 10.12.4, but we also encountered the compatibility problems that we can find in some Macs that will not be supported if they are managed by any of these graphics cards:
