FileZilla Pro, the FTP client par excellence comes to macOS

FileZilla Pro

Very good news to see in the Mac App Store the FTP client in the form of an application that many of us use to transfer large files easily, quickly and easily. FileZilla Pro is el FTP, FTPS, SFTP and Amazon S3 client that we all know implemented perfectly in macOS.

The application ensures the same speed, stability and reliability that we know from the program, it also has all the functions that are needed to make it work perfectly. Add support for IPv6, transfer of files larger than 4 GB, use of "drag and drop" and much more. It is also possible to set speed limits and edit files remotely with the newly released application.

We can use all the options that FileZilla offers us to navigate the server, locate the files and easily transfer them to the folder or destination we want, transfer directly or open remote files in your favorite editor. It is totally compatible with HTTP / 1.1, SOCKS5 and FTP proxies.

For those who are not clear about what these FTP clients are for, we can say that it is a program with which we can connect to our Mac, PC or any web server (computer that is in another part of the world or physically far away) easily and quickly.

FileZilla Pro adds a network configuration wizard that will guide us through the configuration of not only FileZilla, but also any firewall or NAT router that we are using. The application is like it cannot be otherwise it can be downloaded Totally free for a limited time and anyone can install it as long as it is on OS X 10.9 or higher.

It costs € 13,99 in the App Store, something that you can download for free from the project website and with a license: GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2 or (at your option) any later version .. !!!!
