The new Finch movie with Tom Hanks on Apple TV +

Apple wants to continue adding quality creations to Apple TV +. For this, during the auction that took place a few days ago, they bid for the rights to the film Finch starring the Oscar-winning Tom Hanks. They won the bid and therefore they have won the right to project the film of this great actor through this platform.

Those responsible for Apple TV + have managed to win the auction for the rights to the film starring Tom Hanks. Finch formerly known as Bios is considered within the sci-fi genre that was originally intended to be released by Universal. It is expected that the premiere be for the end of the year. Coinciding with the awards season.

The movie is directed by Miguel Sapochnik, who directed some of the episodes of Game of Thrones, thus winning one of his two Emmys that the series got. The script falls to Craig Luck and Ivor Powell, the latter of whom was associate producer on Blade Runner and Alien. The photo is produced by Kevin Misher, Jack Rapke, Jacqueline Levine, and Powell. The executive producers are Robert Zemeckis, Luck, Sapochnik, Andy Berman and Adam Merims.

In Finch ,a man, a robot and a dog form an atypical family. Hanks plays Finch, a robotics engineer and one of the few survivors of a solar event that has left the world deserted. The protagonist has been living in an underground bunker for a decade and has built a world and a reality of his own that he shares with his dog, Goodyear.

In order to take care of the dog, create a robot (played by Caleb Landry). As the trio embark on a perilous journey to a desolate American West, Finch struggles to show his creation the joy and wonder of what it means to be alive.
