On July 30, Apple expanded the number of Apple Stores located in New York City, opening the XNUMXth Apple Store in the city. Currently Apple has six Apple Stores in Manhattan, one more in the borough of Queens and another in Staten Island. After the opening of this new Apple Store, the only neighborhood that does not have an Apple Store, nor are there future plans for its opening, is the Bronx neighborhood, one of the most troubled in New York City. According to plans to open new stores around the world, Singapore will be the next city that will see its first Apple Store open as we informed you a few days ago.

On the opening day they were thousands of people who did not want to miss this moment and by the morning were already queuing at the store on the corner of North 3rd Street and Bedford Avenue. Inside the store, which offers the same renewed design that some of Apple's most emblematic Apple Stores have received, it has a special section where we can find a section for Apple TV, game controllers, Beats headphones along with the first HomeKit compatible demotics accessories.

The first users to visit the Apple Store were able to get hold of one of the official Apple workers t-shirts, T-shirt that can be purchased directly through the Apple Store online. Precisely with these shirts the company has suffered various thefts in stores throughout the country. The thieves used these t-shirts to impersonate store employees and gain access to the warehouse where all the devices are found, taking them out of the warehouse and handing them over to other people associated with the offender so as not to uncover any suspicions.
