Elevated temperature on my 12-inch MacBook

Today has been the first day that I have stopped with my 12-inch MacBook and it is that for the first time after more than a year of use the system of my brand new 12-inch MacBook has warned me that to keep the same temperature conditions it was going to turn off for safety.

This is an issue that was highly criticized by the followers of the apple and it is that they did not understand how a computer of the caliber of this computer could be manufactured so that when it reaches a certain temperature it will turn off regardless of what you are doing.

The fact is that today was the celebration of the carnival in my workplace and we were all in the courtyard of the center. Me MacBook It was on a table as the center of all the audio that was being used in the gala we were doing when, as the minutes passed, we went from having cloudy weather to a sun that cracked the stones. I did not realize that at the time But the heat began to increase both at the back of the screen, which was where the sun shone, and in the area of the roof, which is where the computer's motherboard is located.

To these sunny conditions it was necessary to add that the equipment was not fully charged and had it plugged into the electrical network, so the batteries being charged increased the heat to which it was being subjected even more. Such was the temperature that the computer board could have had that suddenly the system informs me that if it continues at the same temperature the equipment will pay for security.

12 inch MacBook batteries

I, quickly what I did was unplug it from the mains, use the protective lining as a sunshade on the back of the screen and repeatedly blow through the perforated micro of the speakers. In less than a minute, the notice disappeared, the equipment lowered its temperature and I was able to continue using it in perfect condition.

With this I want to tell you that despite the fact that the conditions to which the equipment was subjected (without having premeditated it) made it reach its thermal limit, but having clear what to do, it can continue to work without problems .

It is so obvious that for the safety of both the user and the equipment itself, it must be turned off so that it is not damaged, I say it is not for nothing but that someone criticizes that action surely does not know anything about computer science, in short it is also on the part of the user to know that In those cases, not much information is lost with respect to what is being done, for example if you are viewing some files or modifying them because the progress will be saved in automatic on the other hand it is obvious that downloads or things like that are affected but It is enough to try again, and what I want to say more is that they should already know that anything that has a microchip needs optimal cooling conditions and being that it is a device with so many characteristics it is obvious that it requires more energy which causes more heat and therefore requires more cooling, although apple engineers did a good job on the macbook but since it was designed for a specific group that wanted strength and control Obvious comfort (weight) has consequences although there are not many but it does in this case that mac is not designed to tolerate so much heat not like others that have a more robust ventilation of course that everything depends on the end of the user himself who decides where and how to use it ¬_¬). and that is no longer apple's fault…. aaaaa in short, do not complain that Apple does things so badly, users also exceed themselves, and I also understand that a normal user tends to make that small mistake of not being well informed about things ...

That is why I wanted to share what happened to me, to show that it is a very good team and that even if it does not have fans it manages the heat well. Thanks for the contribution and for reading us!

It is obvious that something like that would happen when exposed to the sun, that is precisely where the quality of the equipment is, its safety. If it had been an inferior brand of insurance it would have burned the processor.

The truth is that if Manolo, it is a whole machine that I advise 100%. Although many say that it is not powerful, it is and uses all its processor to be very fluid. I even use Final Cut Pro and it goes fancy. It is clear that it is not a MacBook Pro but for most users it is a very good option. Thanks for reading!
