How to change the high or low heart rate data on Apple Watch

One of the options that we have available in Apple Watch is to receive a notification of an elevated heart rate or, on the contrary, a low heart rate. In this case we must make it clear that we have to activate the function from the iPhone settings in the Watch app and for this we have to have these notices active entering the app in the Watch Settings> Heart.

Once active we can configure the warning of high or low heart rate with several options. In this case, for the elevated heart rate, we have the option to activate or deactivate and then configure from 100 BPM to 150 BPM. From ten to ten we can configure the notifications and the clock will send a notification when it detects a heart rate higher than that chosen by the user without the user being active for 10 minutes.

On the contrary that occurs with an elevated heart rate, in the event that this is low we will also receive a notice from the clock in the form of notice. For this we can configure from 40 to 50 BPM and if this frequency detects us for 10 minutes, we will be warned with a notification.

It is so important to have a stable heart rate that in case of anomalies in these measurements what Apple advises us is that we consult directly with a doctor and that we do not let too much time pass. A good health of our heart is important and in this the Apple Watch can help us. This function is available on Apple Watch Series 1 and later with watchOS 5.1.2 or later.
