How to disable the Notification Center

launchctl unload -w /System/Library/LaunchAgents/com.apple.notificationcenterui.plist; killall NotificationCenter

How to enable the OS X Notification Center
But what if I want to re-enable the Notification Center? Very simple, follow the steps that we have indicated before. The only thing that changes is the code you have to copy:
launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchAgents/com.apple.notificationcenterui.plist
