How to export Notes to PDF format

In recent years, the Notes application has become a excellent tool that we should all take into account on a day-to-day basis. Through the Notes application, we can not only give free rein to our imagination, but we can also use it to create to-do lists, write down what goes through our heads, create shopping lists, web pages, images ...

Also, thanks to the sync with iCloud, we can access all the content stored in the application from any iOS device or Mac associated with the same ID. If on any occasion, we have been forced to share the content of a note with a person who is not within the Apple ecosystem, we have a problem. A problem that has an easy solution.

The solution is as simple as exporting the note in PDF format, in order to keep all the format that we have previously established in the notto. Apple, faithful to its philosophy, allows us to export the notes easily and without any problems any note that we have stored in the application, so that we can store it as a separate document, share it, send it by mail ...

Save Notes as PDF document

  • Once we have opened the Notes application, we must go to the note we want to export in PDF format.
  • Next, we go to the top menu and click on File> Export as PDF.
  • Now we just have to establish which is the document name and location where we want to export the document.

Once the document has been created, we can check how it has maintained both the links that were included and the format that we had previously established. Once we have exported itdo in PDF format we can share it with any other user who does not have an Apple ID.
