How to remove transparencies in OS X Yosemite 10.10

osx-yosemite

One of many new possibilities offered by the new OS X Yosemite is to remove the transparencies from the System Preferences. It is very easy to carry out this task but surely some of you still do not know the possibility that Yosemite offers or even how to deactivate them. The new Yosemite has a very similar design with iOS and shows numerous aesthetic changes compared to the previous version, OS X Mavericks, it also adds these transparencies in the windows and some menus that you may not like and that is why Apple offers us the option to remove these transparencies, so let's see how to do it on our Mac.

The first thing we have to do is access the System preferences and enter the menu Accessibility activating the option that is demarcated by default 'Reduce Transparency' and voila, we already have the transparencies disabled in our OS X Yosemite:

Now the new Yosemite will stop showing us those transparencies that it brings activated from origin. This possibility shows that Apple has thought about this new aesthetic change and understands that it may not like everyone, so it is always good to be able to activate or deactivate it to suit the consumer. If we want to see the transparencies again We just have to mark the box and that's it.

Many are the novelties that this new OS X Yosemite has in its design and offers many configurations for the user, but there are other design changes that Apple does not allow to modify how the Dock with that opaque background and that is why yesterday we left an app third-party that can also be used in OS X Mavericks to change the look of it a bit.

I made the mistake of accepting the "Yosemite" update. I do not like. It does not add a new design, nor is it attractive, nor does it increase the efficiency of the previous system, "Mavericks". On the contrary, it slows it down without contributing any real useful things. Rather, it brings ugliness.
Question: How can I restore my computer to "Mavericks", without having to format it and lose all my settings?

Without transparencies it goes faster, but there is a terrible error in the volume up and down images 🙁

hello i am a new user of OS X, besides removing the transparency,
in what way can I remove the shadows?
that the truth is that I do not see it useful only a greater consumption of resources as it happens in any operating system
