All of us who have a iPad We are more than used to touching your screen, selecting with one finger, sliding with one finger or pinching with two fingers, however, we can also use the five fingers to perform other actions. They are called multi touch gestures that will allow us greater comfort and speed.
Use on iPad with your fingers
When the iPhone saw the light, Steve Jobs did not want anything to come between man and machine; the goal was almost for the device to become an extension of our body. In 2010, this thesis was reflected in the same way in the birth of the iPad. Although the gestures are there, the reality is that most of us just use one finger to select or swipe and, at most, two fingers to pinch. Today you will see that you can do very interesting things in your iPad using the five fingers of your hand.
First of all make sure that the gestures multitask are activated in your iPad. To do this, follow the route:
- Settings → General in iOS 8
- Settings → General → Multitasking in iOS 9
And activate the Gestures. Right there you will see an explanation of what you can do with four or five fingers.
Use the five fingers with your hand to return from any application to the home screen of your iPad, simply place them on the screen and make a movement like trying to pick something up trying to put the five fingers together.
Slide four fingers on the screen up and you will enter multitasking mode to quickly switch between the applications you have open.
Slide four fingers to the left or right on an app you are using and you can quickly switch from one to another app that you have open.
