One of the options we have on our Apple equipment is to allow or rather authorize the use for it to access your music, movies and other content that we have on our equipment. These are simple steps but for newbies it may be helpful to know that simply opening Music, Apple TV, or Apple Books, we can now withdraw this authorization. It is simple and there are only three steps that will allow us directly to withdraw the authorization.
Once inside we simply have to click on the menu bar located at the top of the screen, we select the option: Account> Authorizations> Deauthorize this computer. With these steps we start our session with the Apple ID and then we can withdraw the authorization to the Mac so that it cannot access our content.
This is useful for when we are going to sell our Mac or we connect the device to some computer that we are not going to touch anymore (of a friend or family member) and we do not want to occupy one of the five "slot" they have available. In any case, you can always access and delete them without problem, but thus we avoid problems if the other person does not understand too much. Simple and easy.
