The streaming video service Hulu has just launched the Live TV plan, a service that allows all Mac users through Safari to enjoy all streaming content that this platform offers us and that until now was only available through the different set-top boxes on the market and through the mobile application available in each ecosystem.
The web version shows us all the necessary aspects so that the web experience is satisfactory enough, including a large number of options, keyboard interaction and responsive design that adapts to all screen sizes. This web version offers us a user experience very different from what we can find in set-top boxes and in mobile applications.
The service via web under subscription allows us access to more than 50 channels available through this platform, a platform that offers us access to a large number of channels such as NBC, Fox, among others, as well as allowing us to access movies, series and television programs that have previously been broadcast on all those channels. If those 50 channels fall short, we can also choose to hire more channels such as HBO, Showtime and Cinemax.
Users can open different tabs and view different content from the browser, so that we can be enjoying the football season through the different ESPN channels, FOX sports channels and CBS, NFC ... The main advantage that It offers us this new web service, it is not necessary at any time to install a plugin to access the content. Hulu's video streaming service is only available in the United States and at the moment there are no expansion plans to other countries.
