It seems that Apple will shortly modify the thematic radio service that it has in iTunes, iTunes Radio. This is another one of those news that some users were already expecting once the streaming music service, Apple Music, was launched, now after a time in which this service has worked for free, it will become a paid service integrated into Apple Music.
The company itself confirmed this news through a statement and now the broadcast of these thematic radios will go to be issued to users subscribed to Apple Music as of next Friday, January 29, which is the date on which they will begin to gradually withdraw from iTunes Radio.
What if it will remain the same as until now is the Beats 1 service, which would continue to broadcast 24 hours a day and throughout the week. This radio service will remain completely free for userswhether or not you have an Apple Music subscription.
The truth is that in my personal case I cannot say that I like the Beats 1 radio service from Apple Music since I barely used it at the beginning, so I cannot compare whether one service is better than another. What I can say is that the comments that can be read on the net about the Apple Music radio, Beats 1, are not very positive. Obviously this service is much better for US users since they broadcast everything in English and the artists who appear are usually better known there than here.
