One of the most vaunted novelties of Lion was the famous Launchpad, direct inheritance from iOS and a utility that you either love or hate, and despite the fact that I am more of the second it is true that many people like it.
MacLaunchPad is an open source application that tries to imitate the Lion Launchpad, getting it quite well and above giving certain customization options that those of us who use Mac OS X Lion do not have.
