Once shipments of the AirPods Max just presented by Apple and considering that it is a new product. That it is not the evolution of any other, although existing elements have been used in other devices, it is always good to know how to fix the problems that may arise. That is why we are going to show you the two modes of how the new AirPods Max are reset.
AirPods Max are totally new devices. at least as far as design is concerned. Apple's first high-end on-ear headphones with a price of scandal with some elements already known as the crown that the Apple Watch already has. Crown that will have a lot of prominence if the headphones are not working as they should.
Being such a recent device it is possible that the errors are more common than in others with more time on the market. That does not mean that it has errors, but it does mean that it is easier than there may be. We always have solutions at our fingertips. The famous resets. We have two types of them.
Soft reset:
Before we get down to work, remember they must be charged with the included USB-C to Lightning cable. Once with enough charge, we must perform the following operation:
- Press and hold the Ambient Sound Cancel button while also pressing the crown. So until you see the LED light at the bottom right flash amber in color.
Right now you just reset the AirPods Max. A soft reset that is usually sufficient to solve most problems. If not, we have the option of resetting to factory values. For it:
Factory reset:
- Press and hold the Ambient Sound Cancel button while also pressing the crown. So until you see the LED light at the bottom right emitting flashes of amber color and from there until it reaches white.
If in this way we cannot solve the problem either, we will have to call the Apple support.
