The iLife suite for Mac is completely updated

It seems that the presentation style of iOS 7 wants to impose itself in all areas of the Apple world and that is how the renewed office suite for Mac, iLife, has been updated.

In it we will find the already classic Pages, Keynote, Numbers, GarageBand, iMovie and iPhoto but with new features that reinforce a little the image of the doldrums that this program package already dragged when compared with other options such as Office.

So it has been at the hands of Eddy Cue who has acted as presenter to reveal the new face that iLife will have, starting with completely updated icons, although in the Mac version with more depth and less flat than iOS 7 following a bit the wake marked in Mavericks.

The novelties are focused, for example, on video editing with iMovie where it will now be possible to edit video at 120 frames per second, that is, those videos recorded with Slow-Motion from iPhone 5S plus simplified editing tools and new cinematic effects. Others such as Garage Band have been updated to allow in-app purchases so we can download different instruments that were not previously available as Drummer.

Now with iWork for iCloud we can share all the content we have in real time, it was created with Mac, iOS or even the ability to share it with a PC via the web is now much easier.

Updating to these new versions is totally free if we have the previous ones installed or the iLife suite, as it will also be for those who have recently acquired a mobile device with iOS or a Mac.
