On June 30, the apple music streaming service started, Apple Music, and for many Spotify users who have preferred this service, it is an ordeal to recreate playlists, some of them with hundreds and hundreds of songs. Luckily a new app, SongShift, makes it very easy for you.
Your Spotify playlists to Apple Music easily
SongShift is an app available in the App Store that allows you import all your Spotify playlists to Apple Music in a very simple, fast and effective way. Of course, it will be necessary that the songs you import are in the service of the block if not, as you will understand, it will be impossible.
It is also a free app, although with certain limits. If your lists do not have more than 100 songs you will have enough but if you want to import playlists that integrate more than 100 songs you will need to pay € 1,99, and if you want to remove the advertising, € 0,99. But let's focus on the important things: how to import your Spotify playlists to Apple Music.
Before we start, something important: SongShift does not allow creating new lists in Apple MusicSimply import the songs from one service to another, therefore, you must first create the playlists in the apple service. To do this, open the Music app and select "My Music" → "New List".
- Download the app SongShift on the App Store.
- Open the app, hit "Begin Import" and grant it access to Apple Music in the pop-up window.
- Enter the access data to your Spotify account and grant the app permission to access.
- Select the playlist you want to import and select "Import Into Playlist".
- Now choose the Apple Music playlist where you want all the songs from your Spotify playlist to be imported and the process will start.
- Repeat the process with all your playlists from Spotify and will soon be available on Apple Music.
