Import bookmarks from Safari to Chrome

safari-chrome

One of the options we have available in Chrome is to import all of our Safari bookmarks in one go. This means that we don't have to go one by one adding favorites from one browser to another, since it can be done quickly and simply with all at once.

There are several options to carry out the task of passing all the bookmarks from one browser to another, I personally know two of them, but in this small tutorial we are going to see one of these ways, the simplest From my point of view.

Well, to start what we are going to do is open Chrome on our Mac and click on Chrome from the top menu. Now we have to click on Import bookmarks and settings.

Once pressed, the menu appears in a new tab to import the bookmarks and settings. We select Safari (we can find all browsers) and click on Import.

A good organization of all our bookmarks means fast and effective navigation for the user, so it is always advisable to have an established order on all the websites and other sites that we have stored in our bookmarks. If you are one of those who want to switch to the Chrome browser, you can now have all the favorites easily in both browsers.

In my particular case I can say that I keep using Safari to browse from my Mac, but from time to time I also use Chrome and therefore it is great to have the bookmarks in both browsers and all of them well classified and ordered.

    Hello,
I don't sync my Safari bookmarks with Chrome, I don't know why, I follow all the steps correctly but Chrome is still empty.
I've only been with the iMac and Safari for a week, and I'm still not very clear, and yesterday I installed Chrome with the idea of having both browsers with the same bookmarks, but there is no way.
Could it be because before installing Chrome, it will update Safari to version 13?
    Thank you.
