Yesterday our colleague Jesus Arjona commented in his article, the unfortunate intervention of screenwriter Aaron Sorkin in statements to Hollywood Reporter where he answered in a rude way what Tim Cook said earlier in an American late night show, specifically Cook's comments were directed at calling films based on the life of Steve Jobs taking advantage of the media pull of his death.
This comment ignited the ire of Sorkin who neither short nor lazy said, «opportunists are those tThey have a factory full of children in China who are dedicated to the assembly of telephones paying 17 cents an hour so it takes a lot of courage to call other opportunists. "
In this way it gave the impression that a small media war had started between these two personalities, however the good news is that Sorkin has reacted in time and he has seen that his comment is out of place and has publicly apologized for it. Without going any further the day after these statements in an interview with E! news, said this had gone too far:
You know what, I think Tim Cook and we have probably both gone too far. And for this I apologize to Tim Cook. I hope that when you see the movie, you enjoy it as much as I enjoy its products.
This Sorkin movie starring Michael Fassbender as Jobs and Seth Rogen as Steve Wozniak, will be presented in New York and Los Angeles on October 9 The film will hit theaters on October 16 and throughout America on October 23, unfortunately in Spain we will have to wait until January to see it announced on the billboards.
On the other hand, the first reviews of this film have described it as "exciting", with rumors of the possibility of win an Oscar.
maybe the title should be "money is imposed on reason", sorkin is right in what he says about how things are made in china, but obviously saying this apple could be against the film, and maybe millions of Apple fans would not be so happy to go see it, in short, those who finance the film and want to get their $$ back must have squeezed Sorkin's balls for him to say such an apology ... around here we would say "wrinkled like a worm's braking" ...
