iOS 10, now on your iPhone and iPad

The first public beta of iOS 10 It will not be available until July; In reality, there is nothing left, barely a month, but some of us can't stand it, so in Applelizados we are already several writers who are working with Apple's new mobile operating system on our iPhone and iPad devices.

Before you proceed, you should not forget that we are facing a version in the testing phase so iOS 10 it might not work ideally, have some glitches with certain applications, and so on. At the moment, the truth is that it works very well, only some "slowness" in the transition between applications, but nothing more, although this will depend on the apps you have installed and their greater or lesser compatibility with the new system .

With that said, the first step is to back up your device to iCloud or iTunes. This way, if iOS 10 still not convinced you can return to iOS 9.3.2 with just restore your iPhone or iPad.

For install iOS 10 beta 1 on your iPhone or iPad without being a developer You just have to follow the following steps:

  1. From Safari on your iOS device, download this file in the terminal by pressing "Download" that you will see in the center of the screen.
  2. The profile installation window will open. If you already have a public beta program profile, you will need to uninstall it first.
  3. Install the profile.Install iOS 10 without being a developer
  4. Restart your device.
  5. Open the Settings / Settings app and visit General → Software update. You will see that the download of iOS 10 listed as available.iOS beta 10 1
  6. Now you just have to proceed to download and install it as if it were a normal update. In my case, for an iPhone 6 Plus, the package weighed 1,7 GB and took around 30 minutes.
  7. Once the whole process is finished you will be able to enjoy all the what's new in iOS 10, how to eliminate finally! native applications (Stock Market, Tips, Weather ...) among many others.

From now on, whenever a new beta version of iOS 10, you will have it there available for download and installation, as if it were an official update.

Do you dare to try iOS 10? Are you doing it already? What do the new features look like? What do you miss? Maybe that "dark mode" that we have been wanting? Tell us everything, do not shut up anything !! 😬

    Hello everyone.
    I have a question:
I currently have the public beta 9.3.3 installed on the iPhone 6S plus and linked to the applewatch (the latter without any beta, that is, with its corresponding version of watchOS 2.2.1) working all correctly
If I download the public beta of iOS10 and keep version 2.2.1 on the applewatch, will I have some kind of problem between both devices?

    Thank you very much.

Hi Andoni. At the moment we have not heard of any problems, however, keep in mind that it is a beta version, that is, tests, and that therefore it may present some bugs, if not in general, without with some applications. In any case, you can always go back to the latest version of iOS 9 and then reinstall the latest public beta.
