Before you proceed, you should not forget that we are facing a version in the testing phase so iOS 10 it might not work ideally, have some glitches with certain applications, and so on. At the moment, the truth is that it works very well, only some "slowness" in the transition between applications, but nothing more, although this will depend on the apps you have installed and their greater or lesser compatibility with the new system .
With that said, the first step is to back up your device to iCloud or iTunes. This way, if iOS 10 still not convinced you can return to iOS 9.3.2 with just restore your iPhone or iPad.
For install iOS 10 beta 1 on your iPhone or iPad without being a developer You just have to follow the following steps:
- From Safari on your iOS device, download this file in the terminal by pressing "Download" that you will see in the center of the screen.
- The profile installation window will open. If you already have a public beta program profile, you will need to uninstall it first.
- Install the profile.
- Restart your device.
- Open the Settings / Settings app and visit General → Software update. You will see that the download of iOS 10 listed as available.
- Now you just have to proceed to download and install it as if it were a normal update. In my case, for an iPhone 6 Plus, the package weighed 1,7 GB and took around 30 minutes.

From now on, whenever a new beta version of iOS 10, you will have it there available for download and installation, as if it were an official update.

At the moment we have not heard of any problems, however, keep in mind that it is a beta version, that is, tests, and that therefore it may present some bugs, if not in general, without with some applications. In any case, you can always go back to the latest version of iOS 9 and then reinstall the latest public beta.
