Despite the fact that Spanish is the second most widely spoken language in the world, behind Chinese and power ahead of English, the language most used both in the media, movies and others is English. In English it has become a universal language with which everyone can communicate. It is likely that if we are looking for some specific information on a specific topic or product, the information is not in our language. If it is in English, most of us have enough knowledge to understand most of the content, but there is always a word that prevents us from understanding the meaning of a sentence.
For this we can make use of the Google translator, but we have to open the browser and click on the bookmark where we have the link stored, which can make us lose the thread of what we were reading. But also we can make use of the different translation applications available on the Mac App Store. Today we are going to talk about Instant Translate, which is available to download for free for a limited time.
Instant Translate, allows us through a keyboard shortcut, access an application window to be able to enter the search term and get the translation quickly. We can run the application at the beginning of OS X so that it runs every time we start our Mac and in this way always have it at hand.
Instant translate offers us support for more than 90 languages, it stores a history of all translations for those people, like me, who have a fish memory and have to consult the translated words more often than usual. In order to quickly access the Instant Translate translation application, we must press Control + S, although we can change this keyboard shortcut if we use it with another application.
I do not buy any app that is not in Spanish, if Spanish speakers did the same they would think about it.
