As time goes by, technology advances by leaps and bounds and more and more online services, websites and other platforms are becoming part of our lives and that of course we must remember our credentials to log in to each of them, sometimes being a real headache to remember all the passwords and that in turn the security of the system is preserved.

Currently there are programs that act as password managers with a main password such as the famous 1Password or Hider 2, however it requires us to be aware of whether they are active in addition to also requiring another password to unlock them. However, Intel has wanted to go further with its password manager, True Key.

  1. facial recognition: The mobile or desktop application itself will be able to capture the details of our face and save them to know if it is really us who are trying to access.
  2. Accept the login from the mobile at the moment we log into a service or website, as with some banking services to accept payments.
  3. Use True Key's own platform to autofill the credentials and log in.

Passwords are stored on devices using an algorithm AES-256, sufficiently secure encryption so as not to have to "worry" about a possible attempt to steal information. The platform is available for both Mac OSX and Windows, Android and iOS as in Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and FireFox browsers.

The application is completely free with a limit of up to 15 passwords, if we want to store more we will have to pay one subscription of about $ 20 a year.
