Even analysts of the stature of Ming-Chi Kuo, warned a few weeks ago of the arrival of these new AirPods with a form factor and design really similar to that of the AirPods Pro current but with some differences inside and without the silicone rubbers in the final part. That is why we are seeing these alleged counterfeit Apple headphones right now.
It is possible that they end up having this design or similar to the one we see in the videos of this account of Twitter, but we can affirm that they are not the originals of Apple.
