iTunes will be available in the Microsoft Store, the Windows Store

During the afternoon of yesterday Microsoft started the second session of its conferences for developers called Microsoft Build, and the news has jumped by surprise when they have officially confirmed that  iTunes will be available for download from the Windows Store. This is undoubtedly very good news for Windows users who have an iPhone or iOS device, but we honestly did not expect that Microsoft would add Apple software in its application store, that is all said, it has several of the most popular applications. important add-ons like Netflix, Wunderlist, Instagram, Dropbox, Kodi VLC, Team Viewer, TuneIn, etc.

But what is surprising here is that Windows 10 is closer to iOS competing in some way with Macs if we look at that kind of "Continuity" that they have presented in order to continue working from Windows 10 and our iOS device. Something that we can do with macOS and that will now be available to W10 users allowing us to copy addresses directly between devices or open applications from our iPhone that we have previously used on the PC. In addition to iTunes, Windows users will also see their own application to use the service. Apple Music streaming music.

In short, a series of important changes that will undoubtedly affect Windows users who have an iOS device. Hopefully at this year's WWDC Apple will improve iTunes overall and the thing is that we are facing an application that is slow and quite crude in the Windows operating system, but that can become a better application when it is launched in the Windows store. At the moment there is no option but to install iTunes on the PC directly from the link on the Apple website.
