From today April 19, within the Time to Walk category of Apple Fitness +, within the Training application, we have at our disposal a new episode to motivate users to walk. This time, it's about Jane Fonda.

This episode, now available, is focused on sports-related activities for celebrate the Day of the earth, where Fonda talks about her life, as well as fighting climate change. This actress has become one of the most fervent defenders of the need to take measures against the consequences that climate change is causing on the planet and how it can affect the future of our loved ones.

Fonda joins other celebrities like Wanda Sykes, Anthony Ramos, Dolly Parton, Shawn Mendes, Uzo Aduba, and Draymond Green. Every Monday, Apple uploads a new episode to this service, episodes that have a duration of 25 to 40 minutes and that are only available to all Fitness + users. When a user selects one of these episodes, a workout is automatically started.
