If the desktop of our Mac has become our folder to store documents, it is more than likely that one of these files will end up deleted, edited or in the worst case completely disappeared. Thanks to the F-Lock application we can protect access and editing of all files or folders that we do not want them to be deleted or edited under any circumstances. Surely it is not the first time that you delete a document because you thought you had excess and when you realized the mistake you made it was too late, especially if you do not use Time Machine.
f lock, it is not an application to add password to files and folders, but it is in charge of blocking all the files that are in a folder or files individually. Once we have it activated, a padlock will be shown next to the files and we will not be able to move them from the folders, when trying to do so, a copy will be created in the place where we wanted to move it.
