If you want to know the details and characteristics of each and every one of the products that Apple has launched on the market since its origins, the only application that will help us in this task is MacTracker, an application that is available for download completely free of charge on the Mac App Store.

But in addition, it is also available for iOS, so we can always have it on hand when we need it. Ian Page, the developer behind the application, has just released a new update for both the Mac and iOS versions, adding the latest Apple releases.

The latest MacTracker update, bringing the application to version 7.10 add the following products:

  • Mac mini (M1, 2020)
  • MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020)
  • MacBook Air (M1, 2020)
  • iPhone 12mini
  • iPhone 12 Pro Max
  • home pod mini
  • macOS 11 BigSur

But in addition, it has taken advantage of the fact that macOS Big Sur is already in its final version, to adapt it to the new version of macOS and raise the minimum requirements to be able to install it, so unless your computer is managed by macOS 10.12 Sierra or higher, you will not be able to install it on your computer.

In addition to the new Macs that Apple introduced a few weeks ago, the status of the products that Apple has also been updated have been considered Vintage and Obsolete and of those who since Soy de Mac we have given due account.

In the previous update that MacTracker received, Page added the new iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro together with 4th generation iPad Air in addition to updating the devices that had entered the Vintage and Obsolete category. A few weeks earlier, it added the new 8th generation iPad, the new Apple Watch Series SE and 6, iOS 14, iPad 14 and watchOS 7.

After this update, unless Apple launches new products, no new updates are expected to be released.
