Madrid, Paris and Rome will enjoy public transport information from Apple Maps soon

A few days ago I expressed my discomfort at the sloppiness that Apple was showing in the company's Maps section, a section that seemed to have been completely neglected and left out many major cities in which two years after its official announcement, what they still did not have information on public transport, information that is of great help to all those who use public transport to get to work, to studies or for any other need. But it seems that I have to swallow the words since as we can read in MacRumos, the guys from Cupertino are about to release this type of information in Madrid, Paris and Rome, as well as other European, American and Australian cities.

The regular MacRumos reader Bernd Keuning says that soon Apple will expand the number of cities where the iInformation on public transport in the coming weeks. These cities are:

As of today, information about public transport in Apple Maps is only available in the following cities: Baltimore, Berlin, Boston, Chicago, London, Los Angeles, Mexico City, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Sydney, Toronto, Atlanta, Columbus, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Honolulu, Houston, Kansas City, Manchester, Melbourne, Miami, Minneapolis-Saint Paul, Montreal, New Orleans, Portland, Pittsburgh, Prague, Rio de Janeiro, Sacramento, Salt Lake City , San Antonio, San Diego, Seattle and Vancouver, in addition to 300 Chinese cities.
