Microsoft Teams for macOS will soon add support for automatic recording

A few days ago we informed you of the news that Microsoft Teams will implement by the end of august. In the age in which we are and where online meetings have become especially important because of the pandemic, it is not surprising that virtual meeting applications are putting the batteries. Microsoft has Teams and has decided that this app should be perfect on all platforms and macOS is one of them. The functionality of the automatic recordings.

The pandemic generated by COVID has created a new way of communicating on a regular basis. One way to work remotely since one of the ways to avoid contagion is social distance. Online meetings are the base and will continue to be because productivity is not decreasing. This is what Tim Cook said recently and so do those responsible at Microsoft, that's why they reinforce Teams for Mac.

Through the  forum from Microsoft Teams, it has been confirmed to a user that Microsoft you are working on automatic meeting recording. This feature would also make its way to the Mac version of Microsoft Teams.

In the next update, It appears that the software creator will allow users to have Microsoft Teams automatically start a recording when the meeting starts. It seems like a great idea for institutes of education where it is nice to have meetings automatically recorded. If you know in advance that a meeting needs to be recorded then it would be nice to have an option when scheduling the meeting to automatically start recording. This can help you not forget to start recording and save some time and effort without having to remember to do it manually.

The most curious thing is that the question about these automatic recordings was held in 2018. Now almost three years later, we have the answer from the company. We can say what we want about these support forums, but it is clear that in the end they answer.

The exact date is not known, but it is mentioned that the functionality will be implemented soon.
