If you have bought one of the new iMac that those in Cupertino are selling, today we bring you a post in which we present a new accessory that may make your life easier.
mLogic has announced the first space-free hard drive for Apple's iMac and monitors, the mBack. The mBack is attached to the rear hole that the iMac has on its pedestal, through which the cable is passed.
By arranging the hard drive in this area, it takes up zero space on the desktop. Of course, once installed, it also allows the power cable to pass through where it was previously. The mBack is powered by the USB port, so it does not require an additional power cable that takes up more space. It comes in the same all aluminum to match the Apple hardware. It supports USB 3.0 and comes in sizes ranging from 500GB to 2TB. It's also Time Machine ready right out of the box.
Interested users can purchase mBack from the mLogic page. Pricing for the mBack is $ 100 for the 500GB drive, $ 150 for the 1TB drive, and $ 260 for the 2TB drive.
