New Apple bug: "My iPad Pro won't charge or turn on"

As if it were a plague of weeds, problems do not stop arising at Apple. The last of them precisely related to the last of its great launches: many users of the iPad Pro complain that the device, once turned off, is unable to charge or turn on. The solution? Then.

The iPad Pro and its charging problems

The "new" Apple has changed in many ways, some positive, some negative. Failures have become more frequent than desired and, above all, more common than would correspond to a company like Apple whose goal has always been perfection. However, today's Apple presents more device families and more device models than ever; updates to their operating systems occur at a frenetic pace and all this, in the end, results in errors that are difficult to justify. Is what happens with the iPad Pro, the new 12,9-inch tablet and whose starting price, without accessories, is, nothing more and nothing less, € 899, is experiencing a very important error: when the battery runs out or the device is turned off, iPad Pro is unable to charge and boot. This is what many users are reporting on social networks and forums.

Ipad Pro with problems

With this problem, obviously, the iPad Pro that unused. And this is serious, very serious.

The company already It has been recognized the existence of this bug and has also been quick to come up with a fairly simple solution:

To be able to use your iPad Pro again, force restart the device. To do this, press and hold the Home and Lock buttons for ten seconds until you see the Apple logo.

The reason for the problem

From Cupertino the only explanation they have given is that "Apple is aware of this matter and is investigating" however it seems that, luckily, this failure in the iPad Pro would respond to a software error and that is iOS 9.1 presented some type of incompatibility in the load when the device is turned off in such a way that later it prevents the correct restart. If this hypothesis that is rumored by the network is true, the good news is that with the arrival of iOS 9.2In just a few weeks, the problem would come to an end.

Even so, the essential question is whether a company like Apple can continue with this type of failure so basic or essential, that is, has no one really noticed this basic error? And what is even more serious, does a user who has just spent at least € 899 and, most likely, another € 109 on the Apple Pencil and another € 179 in the Smart Keyboard, having to resort to this type of «tricks» to turn on your device?

Have you tried a charger other than the iPad itself? If you use the iPhone, you will have to wait a while, until the battery appears charging, if the problem is with the charger, since it has less power than what Apple offers us with the iPad.
