Now the arrival of a new ring for the Apple Watch enhancing the action of Mindfulness is what is being rumored by the network.
Obviously the Apple watch is a good ally to control vital signs in addition to allowing the user to take a minute of time to breathe with the Breathe application itself, but in this case the new option goes one step further and apparently Apple would already be testing internally with some employees this fourth sphere or ring of Mindfulness to reduce the stress level of the user, improve the health and quality of life of people.
More than a new sphere, it would be to dock in the Breathe application itself the new option, but some media assure that a new ring would also be added with which the user could clearly see the progress throughout the day. Personally, I can say that sometimes the applications with this type of notifications load me a bit, but I admit that the Breathe application I usually use it more than once, even before the Apple Watch took it, it is already a good relaxation technique for everybody. In this case with Mindfulness there are studies that show that it is really useful for people, so it is important to heed these recommendations if we are suffering from specific moments of stress or the like, you have to take care of yourself!
