For those of you who do not know today, Apple has a specific website in which he publishes job applications for any part of his business organization chart, from senior positions to workers in his Apple Store. In this case, we echo a news item from our Faq-mac friends in which they comment that Apple is looking for the figure of a Music Manager for Apple Spain and Apple Portugal.
It would be a job with a new name that will be related, surely and directly, to Apple Music Spain and Apple Music Portugal. A few days ago we told you that the arrival of new pricing plans was possible to catch up with the competition and we believe these jobs have to do with it too.
Apple is looking for two new people for a new job that they have called Music Manager, it would be a figure who would be in very close contact with the artists themselves as well as with those responsible for the record labels attached to Apple Music so that can create market strategies for the growth of both Apple Music as from the iTunes Music Store. They would also be those in charge of creating a new editorial style more in line with the times.
Now, do not think that anyone can apply for the job that we are talking about and they need to have the following points well covered:
- Enjoys collaborating with a variety of teams and personalities
- Lives and breathes technology
- Extensive work experience in the music industry
- Proven leadership credentials
- An innate start-up mentality
- Excels at working in a fast-paced environment within a global organization
- Ideally holds a university degree or equivalent
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
