Since KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo announced the possibility of the Cupertino-based company introducing the new MacBook Pro models that would hit the market later this year, several designers have launched into publish concepts of how I wanted this screen located at the top of the keyboard and that it would do the F1-F12 functions in addition to being able to customize the keys according to the application we were running at that time.
Matin Hajek just published a concept of how it could be the touch front with OLED screen of the new MacBook Pro and with which we can get an idea of the real utility that this new design of the MacBook Pro could offer us.
According to Hajek's design, the OLED touch screen would offer us a different contextual menu depending on the application we are using, offering different icons to represent the functions. Hajek shows us how this contextual menu would look for example if we use the Spotify application, where in addition to the playback controls and the application icon, the information that is located in the upper part of the right of the minus bar would also appear, such as the strength of the Wi-Fi signal, the battery level, as well as the day, time, username and access to Spotlight and the notification center.
In another of the images of this concept we can see how would Siri work through this touch panel, in which the part on the left and the central one would show Siri waves when we interact with it, while the part on the right would continue to show the information related to our Mac such as the Wi-Fi signal, time, date, user, Spotlight….
