Many users tell us that the notification center of the Mac is something that they really use little and it is true that we are not getting too much benefit from this notification center, but now in macOS Sierra with the design change and some new functions implemented, we can get more out of it. For now what we find is a new design in the notification center, this new design is much more similar to that of iOS 10 and it offers us the typical sandwiches for each one of the notifications, thus obtaining a better visibility to the notifications than in OS X El Capitan and previous versions of the system.
In addition to the design of the notifications spaced and well differentiated by each of the tools, the newer design and according to what we really want, which is to see the notifications clearly, makes us use it a little more than before. Now it also offers us the option to add widgets in a simple and efficient way at any time and this opens up a wide range of possibilities for the user, but we will talk about this in another moment.
About the new design (top left photo is macOS Sierra) we can say that it convinces us much more than the previous version that had all the notifications very closely and little differentiated between days, now everything appears more clearly and we are sure that the new options that it has can give it a little push in this new version of the macOS Sierra system.
