The Cupertino company reportedly signed a rental of new offices in New York City, specifically in an office building that has about 18.000 square meters and is really close to the well-known Madison Square Garden.
The data offered by the well-known medium New York Post notices that the Cupertino company has a multi-story lease for the building at 11 Penn Plaza. It's about a five-year rental agreement with extension option when finished.
Little by little but at a good pace the company is introducing itself in New York City through various events and above all in the acquisition of new places such as offices. For a long time, the Cupertino firm has been accessing the city that never sleeps in a more consistent way and for a few years now they have a space of about 5.000 square meters of offices on Fifth Avenue of the city, very close to its New York's most iconic store.
The function of this new office rental in the city is not really known but it is more than evident that it would be to offer the media some private events or even open to developers like the one that was held last december, in which apps were the protagonists. Offices for employees, events and even presentations for specialized media would be the main functions that will take place in these Apple offices in New York City.
