A new version of Adobe Flash palmer has just arrived for OS X users. This morning we received the notification about this new version 18.0.0.194 available that fixes bugs and fixes some plugin problems.
This time it is not a problem related to the security of Adobe Flash Player, it is only the next version that we have. The improvements implemented in this version also focus on 3D game and content performance, add improvements in video compatibility and performance.
We also have new APIs to improve the user's browsing experience on the most current devices. In short, it seems like a routine update and without major changes or at least caused by some problem with Flash security, which is always good.
These updates usually appear automatically on our Mac through a pop-up window that warns of the new version available, but you can always access from System preferences and click on the flash icon, then go to the top tab Advanced, In it you will see the updates section in which the version that you have installed on your machine appears. It can also be accessed directly from the website of Adobe Flash Player and see if we have the latest version available installed. For security and stability reasons system, it is recommended to keep Adobe Flash Player updated to its latest available version and thus avoid problems in our machine.
