One week of using the Touch Bar: impressions

Apple began shipping the new computers with Touch Bar on Tuesday, November 15. The first users who have been able to enjoy the new flagship of the North American company already have their own impressions of the new technological advance developed at the Cupertino headquarters.

Flawless design:

Once again, the Cupertino boys have been able to perfectly define the needs of the market, and transform it into a simple and straightforward utility on top of our keyboard, performing numerous amazingly simple functions. Fully functional:

Some of us, the most skeptical, did not fully trust in having a dynamic option in which the function buttons disappear at specific times, giving way to functions depending on which applications we are using at any given time. After a week of use, we can assure you that the new Touch Bar is amazingly smart, and after several hours of use, you don't even realize how when you want to increase the volume, you have the function button enabled for it, or when you need a little more brightness, ... Simply, to let us surprise and enjoy.

Touch screen, what do I want you for:

Many competing companies have opted to incorporate a touch screen to their computers, thus having available all the functions that the user may want. They sincerely expect such a radical change from Apple. I dreamed of a touchscreen MacBook. But, a week later, and using the Touch Bar, I have realized that no need to stick your finger in front of everything you're doing, that we already have enough with our smartphones and tablets today. Now with the new MacBook Pros, you don't feel the need to control everything in a tactile way. Touch Bar offers you the opportunity to manipulate everything that you would like to do with your fingers, on an auxiliary screen and without obstructing the vision of what really matters.

What for Apple has meant a drastic change in the architecture of its new laptops, for the Apple developer community presents itself as a great opportunity. Since it was presented, many of them have gotten to work, improving their applications, and granting them greater functionality, as well as greater appeal to users. Special mention for applications specialized in the design and editing of photos and videos, as well as useful apps for creating text sheets.
