If you are a designer, student, programmer, teacher, project manager, entrepreneur ... or any other person who is forced to work together on different projects, the organization is the most important. If it is true that we can create a directory and put all the content we need inside it as if it were a bottomless bag, it is not the best solution.
Each project we work on requires a folders, files, applications, web pages, emails... so the solution of a folder where everything fits is not feasible at any time, unless we have a prodigious head. For now to access all the documentation that we need for a specific project, we can use an application such as Workspaces.
Workspaces is designed and created exclusively to manage projects, either independently or jointly, since it allows us to have all the necessary resources for each one grouped in the same application with which we can access all of them quickly and without having to search our computer, the internet, in our drawer. table or even in the bin both physical and digital.
To find out what resources we have at our disposal for a specific project, we just have to click on the name of the project and click on the Start button to display show all documentation and open the necessary applications. To add the information related to the projects, we just have to open the project editor and drag all the files, applications, documentation, emails that are related to our project to the application.
From the application itself, we can configure that the applications necessary to carry out the project open specific files directly, avoiding having to search for it on our computer.
