Safari 15 now available on macOS Big Sur and macOS Catalina

Safari 15

The new version of Safari 15 is already installed on many Apple computers that are in the latest version of macOS Big Sur operating system. In this case, the new version adds interesting new features such as the arrival of "Tab groups" or the compact tab bar to view the web with a larger screen or with a much more integrated background.

In this sense, the changes implemented are accompanied by a much more current design, with different ways of viewing the tabs but also with improvements in browsing security. automatically switching to HTTPS when possible.

Improvements in Safari 15 are mostly in design

And we can see in the image above the integration of the tabs on the website itself. This improves the sensation of navigation (although at the beginning it may be difficult to adapt) it also allows a different form of display options allowing to group the tabs in a simpler and faster way.

Safari keeps an eye on saved passwords and automatically detects if any have been affected by a data breach. Using highly advanced cryptographic techniques, Safari regularly compares variations of your passwords against a list of exposed passwords. In case of leak, it helps you create a new strong password. And, of course, all without revealing your information to anyone. Not even Apple.

Now the new version of macOS Monterey is yet to arrive and close the circle that started yesterday with the arrival of the official and final versions of iOS, iPadOS, tvOS and watchOS. In the next few hours or days we will have this version available for Mac users.
