Samsung tries to patent…. The Apple Watch !!

In the continuous battle they maintain two of the largest companies in the world such as Samsung and apple, a new chapter is written today, this time related to the most innovative device presented, the Apple Watch.

Samsung has appeared at the "Patent Office" to present a device very similar to the one already existing and on the market for more than a year by Apple. The discovered drawings at the office at the time of filing said patent throughout last Thursday They trace, almost perfectly, the design of the Apple Watch. This adds a new chapter to a series that seems to have no end between these two multinationals.

In the image we can see that the drawings that make up the patent show a modular design different from Apple watchIn contrast, suspiciously familiar sketches appear in many other graphics. And it is that from the sheet number 9 of the application patent, is where the side view of the device leaves no room for doubt.

The rectangular design but rounded on the edges, the method of attaching the watch band, identical to that of the apple, as well as the shapes and positions of the buttons around the metal structure, leave no room for doubt. Even, as we can see in the image below, the inner face of the "dial" of the watch, where its haptic sensors are located, are in exactly the same position as the one chosen by Apple for its "Watch".  There is an almost perfect match between the two designs.

Judging from where Samsung found inspiration for the product from the patented sketches, Few of us would think that this is not a true plagiarism of the Cupertino model.
