Selection of mice for your MacBook

We continue to review those accessories that would look great on your current Mac. The other day we showed you a little selection of mice designed for desktop computers like the iMac and today we do the same but thinking about mobility.

Mice designed for a laptop usually have slightly smaller dimensions than usual so that they are more comfortable to carry, in addition, their wireless receivers are usually tiny to avoid components protruding from the sides of the laptop.

For the record, I am not in favor of using a mouse on a MacBook since the multi-touch trackpad is impressive if you have the necessary fluency but I recognize that there are tasks that are better performed with a mouse.

Which of them do you prefer?

Without a doubt, I'll stick with the Logitech VX nano. I have it for 3 years. It's comfortable, perfect to use in FinalCutPro X ...

It is Laser, it takes two batteries (I use lithium, so they weigh 4 times less), it brings a high speed srcoll and the normal one, horizontal scroll, and three more buttons, everything is configurable through an app installed in Prefs. Lion system.

I have precisely been looking at new mice so as not to overload this one, every time I take the equipment somewhere, the mouse will come and eventually it will fall.

I have seen the € 20 Logitech that are with a micro receiver like this (mostly for using the same for both).

I collect all the Apple ones, but they are not the best, I guarantee it and look that I love them, eh, I bought three of the MightyMouse, because after six months, the scroll was damaged and no matter how much you disassemble and clean them, you keep breaking , solution? the vx nano. In 3 years not a failure.

If you don't need great features, grab a Logitech for € 20.
