This is what an eMac would look like in these times

eMac-2016

Many are the designers who make their ideas available to Apple to see if finally those of Cupertino end up implementing any of them or not. Sometimes they design products that have never been on sale But what others do is reinvent products that the apple brand has already put on sale.

This is the case of the design that we want to show you today and it is that back in April 2002, Apple put into circulation a computer that they called eMac (education Mac).  The eMac was originally targeted at the education sector because of its low cost, which made it possible for it to be mass manufactured.

The eMac was a white, ergonomic computer designed in the same way as the first generation of the iMacs. It had a PowerPC G4 processor inside it so it was significantly faster than other iMac in addition to having a larger 17 ″ screen.

For those nostalgic for that Mac model, today we bring some images and a video of a rendering of what the eMac could be if it were released again in these times. As you can see, the design has been made with great detail and some ideas from current iMac have been implemented while keeping the front look of the original eMac.

As you can see, the designer has taken into account the materials with which Apple computers currently manufacture in addition to the existing aluminum adonized in 12-inch MacBook. In addition, the current Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse 2 are used.
