We can say that many are the users who are right now in the latest available version of watchOS, in this case watchOS 6.2 and there are also many users who would be complaining about a decrease in performance in the autonomy of the device. The Apple Watch normally offers autonomy with moderate use of a day and a half or two, depending a lot on several factors. In this case, it seems that the new version of watchOS makes the watches lose some autonomy compared to the previous version and the users who complain the most are those who have a Series 2, 3 or 4. My own experience tells me that some battery is always lost due to obvious issues of device wear and that once we update it can be a matter of days that everything stabilizes again with processes and others, but sometimes it is not.
The interesting thing in this sense is that the arrival of new versions always brings new features in functionality, errors are corrected and detected problems are solved, although it is true that in some cases the new versions may lead to a higher battery consumption, but not it is generalized. The complaints of users who notice a higher consumption contrast directly with those who say that with the new version they have better autonomy, that is something recurrent in these cases.
