Split Screen free for a limited time

One of the novelties that El Capitan brought us was the split screen on the desktop, just as Windows 10 users could do, one of the best options when we have to work together with two applications. Although I personally do not just like it, since it eliminates the top menu bar. Particularly in the menu bar I have located several links to applications that I use more than frequently, in addition to showing me the time, and that when using the Split View function of OS X El Capitan hides it makes me waste a lot of time.

Previously we had already talked about the Magnet application, available in the Mac App Store that really does the same and that we can customize it to move the windows to the sides through keyboard shortcuts. The good thing about Magnet and the reason I keep using it instead of the native OS X feature, it is because it leaves the menu bar visible, so that I have visible the time and the shortcuts to the applications that I use regularly.

Split Screen does practically the same thing as Magnet and Split View, but like Magnet it leaves the menu bar visible to me. Split Screen also offers us keyboard shortcuts to be able to move the applications to the sides, in addition to being in Spanish, Spanish for saying something, because the translation leaves a lot to be desired. I don't think they have even bothered to use Google Translate to make sense of the options.

Split Screen has a regular price in the Mac App Store of 6,99 euros, but at the moment it is available for download completely free of charge, so do not take long to download it before the promotion that the developer is doing ends.
