If you are addicted to movies and series in their original subtitled version, there is an application called "Subtitle" that will help you automatically find the subtitles and download them.
Whatever they say, the movies and series in VOS have a quality that is extremely better than in the dubbed version, however, subtitles always help us better understand what we are watching.
The search for the subtitles of the series or movie that we want sometimes becomes somewhat difficult. We all know a lot of pages to search, but there's always the downside of being bombarded with ad pages that show up in the process. If to this we add that we can make a mistake in the version and that they are desynchronized, we end up abandoning the idea.
Subtitles is a program for OS X that allows you to automatically download subtitles of the movie or series that we want. We just have to drag the video file from which we want to obtain the subtitles and the program will automatically search for the file ".Srt" that we need. Of course, it must be taken into account that the file has to have the name of the film and in the case of series the chapter and the season.
When we search, the program quickly downloads them and saves them in the same folder where the video file is, with the same name but with the appropriate extension. Subtitles makes use of the data provided by Opensubtitles, a large database of subtitles. It is downloadable from the web for free and requires OS X 10.6 or later.
