Synchronize OmniFocus at zero cost with WebDav

I have been a faithful user of Things for quite some time but I have gotten tired of the bad synchronization it has without the possibility of going to the cloud (almost in 2011 this is essential), so now I am using OmniFocus.

And you will say: for OmniFocus you need to use MobileMe to synchronize with the iPhone and iPad, but there is an alternative and it is called WebDav.

It is a brutal technology that is wasted to incredible limits in the average user, but let's start taking advantage of it very quickly using OmniFocus with these steps:

  1. Create an account at box.net or any other free Dav.
  2. Set up OmniFocus as in the screenshot.
  3. Transfer sync settings to iPhone.

Ready. Synchronization in the cloud, for zero euros and it works like a charm, promised.

Note: I've skipped the Bonjour sync because you need the Mac and it's not in the cloud.

Thank you very much for this entry.

I could not synchronize the onmifocus with the two Macs and with the iPhone.

    Now I think it's perfect.

    Thank you very much, really.

By the way, I have accidentally put a negative point on you.

I wanted to do the opposite but I think you have it backwards.

    I'm sorry.
