Target stores say sales of Apple products are down 20%

Sales of all Apple devices are not going through their best moment. In the last conference call in which Tim Cook offered the financial results corresponding to the last quarter, third of the company's annual, second of this year, the sales figures again reflected that both the iPhone, the iPad and the Macs do not go through good times. Regarding the sales of Mac, an important part of the blame is on Apple itself, which has not renewed the MacBook Pro range in an aesthetic and functional way for several years, a range that according to rumors could be renewed before the end of the year, although others point out that it will be next September 7, the date scheduled for the presentation of the new iPhone models.

Authorized resellers are also seeing sales of Apple products decline, sometimes very alarming as is the case of the Target chain of establishments. Target reported yesterday on its latest financial results, and those that the company's CEO placed special emphasis on sales of Apple products, which have fallen 20% if we compare the data of this last quarter with that of last year.

According to Brian Cornell, CEO of Target, the market seems to be showing signs of being saturated with high-end devices, if we talk about iPhone sales. However, if we talk about Macs, users are buying less and less Macs due to lack of renewal and to the continuous rumors that its renewal is imminent. This rumor that finally never comes true, is causing users interested in changing or comparing a new MacBook Pro to think twice and finally decide to wait for the new models.
